United Airlines Boeing 727-22 N7004U

This "Three-Holer" was the first delivered from Boeing, and it went to United Airlines on October 29th 1963. The aircraft served by United for 28 years, and was retired in autumn of 1991. Since December 4th 1991 it has been in the ownership of National Air & Space Museum. It has been stored by Davis Monthan AFB since June 1992 with no engines installed.
