McDonnell Douglas DC-9

"Heming Viking" / OY-KGA was the first of a total number of 49 DC-9-41s by Scandinavian Airlines (SAS). It arrived Oslo (FBU) on March 1st 1968 after a delivery flight from Long Beach via Kansas City, Montreal, Goose Bay, Söndre Strömfjord and Keflavik. It stayed in the SAS fleet for 23 years, and on September 1st 1991 it went to Northwest Airlines where it's still in use.
